FORT SMITH – Governor Asa Hutchinson was joined by Senator John Boozman, Senator Tom Cotton, and Congressman Bruce Westerman on a flyover tour of western and central Arkansas today to survey damage in the wake of the historic flooding of the Arkansas River. Representatives from Congressman French Hill’s office and Congressman Rick Crawford’s office also participated in the tour. Congressman Steve Womack joined the group for the post-flight news conference on Garrison Avenue Bridge.
