WHAT: Governor John Carney will be joined by members of the General Assembly, educators, and advocates to announce additional funding for low-income Delaware students and English learners, and additional mental health and reading supports for high-needs Delaware schools. The funding, included in the Fiscal Year 2020 budget, still must be approved by the full General Assembly.
