In case you missed it, Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló appeared on MSNBC yesterday to talk about the federal disaster aid bill that is awaiting President Trump’s signature. The governor spoke about plans to rebuild areas still devastated after Hurricane Maria and the harmful impact of climate change on Puerto Rico. Gov. Rosselló pledged to use the federal relief aid to rebuild Puerto Rico in a way that will help mitigate the ever-increasing effects of climate change and aid the island’s comprehensive efforts to combat it.
