通报显示，1月1日—5月31日，对照2019年各设区市环境空气质量改善约束性目标，13个设区市中，无锡、徐州、常州、淮安、盐城、镇江、泰州和宿迁8市PM2.5浓度降幅达标，其他5市PM2.5浓度降幅未达标；无锡、徐州、苏州、南通、淮安、泰州和宿迁7市优良天数比率升幅达标，其他6市优良天数比率升幅未达标。
