赵海山视察2019年高考工作
6月6日，副省长赵海山到华中科技大学附属中学、武汉市洪山高级中学考点，视察高考考前准备情况。7日，高考开考首日，赵海山到省教育考试院考务指挥中心、武汉市东湖中学考点，视察高考开考情况。
赵海山详细听取考点负责人有关情况介绍，仔细查看考场教室、考务工作室、监控室、广播室、试卷保密室等场所，实地检查高考组织实施情况。在省教育考试院考务指挥中心，赵海山通过考务指挥平台巡查全省高考开考情况，并向国家教育统一考试厅际联席会议联合值班人员表示慰问。
赵海山强调，高考关系国家发展大计，关系千万学子前途命运，关系社会和谐稳定，一定要确保试卷安全、考生安全、考试安全，做到组织严密、运行平稳。同时要积极做好服务保障，为考生创造良好考试环境。各地各相关部门和各考点要切实履行职责，强化大局观念，加强风险防控，做到信息畅通、快速反应、果断处置，确保实现“平安高考”工作目标。
我省2019年高考总报名人数为38.42万人，共设考点303个，设考场12474 个，考试全部安排在标准化考点进行。（方琳、沈考）
