Gov. Justice orders flags to be flown at half staff today in remembrance of Delegate Roy Givens

CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation ordering that all West Virginia State flags on the Capitol Complex and All State-owned facilities throughout Brooke County be displayed at half-staff from dawn to dusk, Today, January 10, 2019, in, remembrance of Delegate Roy Givens.​
