省政府领导班子召开巡视考核整改专题民主生活会
根据中央要求和省委决定，5月30日，省政府领导班子召开巡视考核整改专题民主生活会。省政府党组书记、省长刘国中主持。
会上，省政府领导班子集体学习了习近平总书记在中央政治局会议听取2018年脱贫攻坚成效考核等情况汇报时的重要讲话精神，刘国中代表班子作了对照检查，班子成员逐一对照检查，实事求是、开诚布公地开展了批评和自我批评。会议达到了发扬民主、促进团结，统一思想、鼓足干劲的目的。
会议指出，脱贫攻坚是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大战略部署，是全面建成小康社会的底线任务和标志性指标。必须树牢“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、坚决做到“两个维护”，深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于扶贫工作的重要论述，切实把脱贫攻坚作为头等大事和第一民生工程，坚定必胜信念，下定决战决心，尽锐出战，全力以赴，坚决做好巡视考核整改工作，坚决打赢脱贫攻坚“翻身仗”，向党中央和全省人民交上一份满意答卷。
会议强调，要夯实责任、强化担当。省政府领导班子成员要坚决落实“省负总责”要求，拿出更多时间精力抓脱贫攻坚，发挥好表率作用。要压实部门和市县责任，加强力量统筹，完善工作机制，加大督促指导帮助力度，推进中央脱贫攻坚方针政策在陕西落地落实。要明确任务、吃透政策。各级各部门都要尽快把任务和政策研究透，全面对标对表，及时校准偏差，聚焦深度贫困，精准贯彻执行，切实解决好“两不愁三保障”和饮水安全突出问题，推动全省脱贫攻坚工作不断走深走实。要狠抓落实、务求实效。切实加强作风建设，增强斗争精神，持续深化扶贫领域腐败和作风问题专项治理，力戒形式主义、官僚主义，纠正畏苦畏难、敷衍了事、弄虚作假等行为，从严从实干好工作，确保如期全面完成各项任务，坚决打赢打好脱贫攻坚战。
