全国公安机关执法规范化建设推进会在宁召开
5月27日至28日，全国公安机关执法规范化建设推进会在南京召开。公安部党委委员、副部长孙力军出席会议并讲话。副省长、省公安厅厅长刘旸出席会议并致辞。会议指出，各级公安机关要把学习好、贯彻好、落实好全国公安工作会议特别是习近平总书记重要讲话精神作为当前和今后一个时期的首要政治任务。着力提升公安工作法治化水平和执法公信力，为推进全面依法治国作出公安机关应有的贡献。会议强调，当前和今后一个时期，全国公安机关深化执法规范化建设要积极适应深化全面依法治国实践新形势，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明，以全面建设法治公安为目标，以深化执法规范化建设为主线，以推进执法权力运行机制改革为动力，全面落实严格规范公正文明执法要求，更好地促进社会公平正义、维护人民合法权益。会议要求，要进一步增强服务公安中心工作能力，用足用好法律武器，为依法维护国家政治安全和社会稳定提供更加及时有效的法治服务保障；要进一步加强公安立法和执法制度建设，针对打击新型违法犯罪和新技术新业态安全监管等法律问题，加强法律政策研究，及时制定完善执法制度；要进一步加强执法监督管理，努力构建全流程、全要素、系统性、即时性的执法监督管理体系。会上，江苏和北京、山西、辽宁、山东等地公安厅局作了经验交流。与会代表还实地观摩考察了南京市公安局部分基层单位执法规范化建设情况。
