5月31日，记者从省矛盾纠纷多元化解工作领导小组全体会议暨工作推进会上获悉，我省将以“诉源治理”为抓手，进一步把四川多元化解工作这一“招牌”擦亮。
“诉源治理”工作源于成都市和遂宁市射洪县等地法院的成功实践，是我省创新实践新时代“枫桥经验”的首创做法，一方面深化基层依法治理化解纠纷于诉前，另一方面优质高效化解已形成诉讼的纠纷，通过内外并举、标本兼治实现矛盾纠纷源头化解。今年，省委政法委已将“诉源治理”工作列入全省政法工作要点。
省委常委、政法委书记、省矛盾纠纷多元化解工作领导小组组长邓勇在会上强调，要把党的领导作为“诉源治理”工作的根本保证，推动“诉源治理”工作从“法院主推”上升为“党委主抓”。要坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，确保人民群众真正成为“诉源治理”工作的参与者、受益者和评判者。要把依法治理作为基本前提，坚决防止违法调解、强制调解。要把基层一线作为重要着力点，加强网格化服务管理与“诉源治理”工作的融合联动，发挥综治中心、多元化解协调中心作用。
要以大力弘扬新时代“枫桥经验”为契机，全面构建和解、调解、仲裁、行政裁决、行政复议、诉讼等有机衔接、相互协调的多元化纠纷解决体系，深入推进“诉非衔接、公调对接、检调对接、访调对接”等工作机制建设，不断提升矛盾纠纷多元化解工作质效。

在实地参观了四川工程职业技术学院航空材料检验检测中心、智能制造示范基地、西门子德阳高端装备智能制造创新中心后，王一宏指出，职业院校在技能人才培养体系上，一定要着眼企业实际，提升服务生产技术革新的能力，多建立基地孵化式培训平台，为国家和社会贡献更多的优质技能人才。同时，他强调，目前国家正值产业转型升级时期，现代化产业急需高技能人才，各地要抓住新旧动能转换的重要机遇，出台校企人才培养扶持政策，着力推进人才优先和人才强市战略，加快技能人才培养步伐，创新技能人才培养激励机制，为技能人才成长营造良好的环境，为四川高质量发展提供强有力的优质技能人才支撑。 Источник
