5月31日,省委副书记、省长尹力主持召开省生态文明建设领导小组、污染防治攻坚战领导小组暨节能减排及应对气候变化工作领导小组会议,安排部署重点工作,强调要深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,紧盯问题紧抓工作,主动作为担当担责,拿出实招硬招,努力推进全省生态文明高水平建设和经济高质量发展。

5月31日,省委副书记、省长尹力主持召开省生态文明建设领导小组、污染防治攻坚战领导小组暨节能减排及应对气候变化工作领导小组会议,安排部署重点工作,强调要深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,紧盯问题紧抓工作,主动作为担当担责,拿出实招硬招,努力推进全省生态文明高水平建设和经济高质量发展。 会议听取了生态环境厅等部门关于推进生态文明建设、打好污染防治攻坚战等工作情况汇报,组织观看了四川生态环境警示片,审议了《四川省生态环境监测网络建设规划(2019-2020)》《四川省2019年节能减排及应对气候变化工作安排》《四川省“十三五”市(州)人民政府控制温室气体排放目标责任评价办法》等文件。 尹力强调,全省各地各部门要进一步提高政治站位,深入学习贯彻习近平生态文明思想,切实把思想和行动统一到中央关于生态环境保护的决策部署上来,增强责任感紧迫感,坚决打好污染防治攻坚战,扎实做好节能减排及应对气候变化工作,肩负起筑牢长江上游生态屏障的历史使命。 尹力强调,要积极践行新发展理念,创新工作举措,加快推进生态文明建设。要加强生态保护与修复,严守生态保护红线,做好大规模绿化全川工作,加强自然保护地建设管理。要完善生态环境监管长效机制,加强生态环境资源监管和生态安全管控,提升突发环境事件应急救援能力。要提高自然资源管理水平和利用效率,优化国土空间开发格局,建立健全流域水资源调度长效机制和节约集约用地制度。要推动绿色发展,培育壮大节能环保产业,加快建设清洁能源示范省,大力发展循环经济。 尹力要求,打好污染防治攻坚战,要按照省委省政府实施意见和“八大战役”实施方案的部署要求,保持战略定力,实打实推动工作,硬碰硬解决难题。要强化抓好源头治理、系统防治、联合攻坚,运用现代科技,加强建设管理,全面完成攻坚任务。对有关问题特别是环保督察发现问题,要加强督察督办,真抓真改,以实在工作和实际成效取信于民。 尹力指出,节能减排及应对气候变化,要突出低碳引领,强化制度机制创新,全面落实重点任务,逗硬督查考核,确保完成全年节能减排降碳目标任务。 省委常委、副省长王宁,副省长杨洪波和省直有关部门负责人参加会议。(记者 胡彦殊) Источник
