6月3日，2019年吉林省大众创业万众创新活动周启动仪式在长春举行。省委副书记、省长景俊海出席启动仪式，并宣布“双创”活动周正式启动。
景俊海首先代表省委、省政府，向“双创”活动周正式启动表示祝贺。他说，党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央动员全党全国全社会力量，齐心协力推动我国科技创新事业发生了历史性变革、取得了历史性成就。去年，习近平总书记视察吉林，擘画了东北全面振兴全方位振兴的宏伟蓝图，对激发创新驱动内生动力赋予了新内涵。要认真贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话指示精神，按照省委、省政府要求，坚持高站位、高标准、高层次、高品位，全力推动创新创业，为新时代吉林振兴再聚新合力、再注新活力、再添新动力。
就办好“双创”活动周，景俊海强调，一要精心组织、彰显特色、做亮品牌，让“双创”实践在吉林振兴中激流涌动。在“创”上下功夫、在“新”上做文章、在“业”上求突破，让吉林“双创”品牌独具魅力、引领潮流。二要抢抓机遇、矢志创新、大胆创业，让“双创”火花在吉林大地上竞相迸发。聚焦“三个五”发展战略、中东西“三大板块”建设、“一主、六双”产业空间布局，瞄准技术创新、产品创新、业态创新等，以创新带动创业、以创业支撑就业、以就业实现富民，最大限度释放创新动能。三要志存高远、点燃激情、大展才华，让“双创”人才在吉林沃土里脱颖而出。激发各类人才积极性，与时代同进步、与人民共命运、与吉林齐振兴，推动创新资源与吉林产业融合对接、创新成果在吉林率先转化。四要深化改革、优化服务、打造生态，让“双创”活力在吉林逐梦中蓬勃奋进。出实招、求实效、提效率，解难点、通堵点、消盲点，把吉林打造成创新蓝海、创业家园、发展沃土。
