新华社北京5月31日电（记者 樊曦）记者从中国铁路总公司获悉，自31日起，铁路部门将降低铁路专用线（含专用铁路）代运营代维护（代运代维）、自备机车货车检修服务收费，预计每年向广大货主和企业让利约9.4亿元，以进一步降低社会物流成本，支持实体经济发展。
中国铁路总公司有关部门负责人介绍，具体降费方案将由各铁路局集团公司根据实际情况制定。铁路局集团公司将对货运量较大、货物发送增幅较高的专用线企业，按“多发货少交费”的原则进一步降费，促进铁路货运量持续增长，此举将惠及所有委托国铁进行专用线运营维护和自备机车货车检修的企业。
这位负责人表示，专用线代运代维和机车货车检修可由产权企业自愿选择维护单位。维护业务自愿选择国铁企业的，铁路部门将进一步加强收费管理，提升专用线代运代维和自备机车货车检修质量，确保降费不降服务标准。
今年以来，铁路总公司实施了一系列货运降费措施，累计降费近70亿元，以实际行动支持实体经济发展。下一步，铁路部门将加强对降费措施落实情况的监督检查，确保各项举措落到实处，切实减轻企业负担，提升铁路货运服务质量，为经济社会发展提供可靠运输服务保障。
