我省制定职教改革重点任务
4日， 江苏省职业教育工作联席会议制定出台了贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》重点任务的通知，包括健全现代职业教育体系、完善职业教育质量标准体系、深化产教融合校企合作、打造高素质“双师型”“一体化”教师队伍、大力提升办学质量、健全组织保障等6大方面18项重点任务。健全现代职业教育体系提出，将提升中等职业教育质量，建设50所左右中等职业教育“领航学校”。推动高等职业教育创新发展，实施高等职业教育创新发展卓越计划和专业建设计划，创建20所左右高水平高等职业院校，建设200个左右骨干专业（群）。建设一批应用型本科高校，制定专项政策，建设10所特色鲜明、示范引领的应用型本科院校。新增本科招生计划主要用于应用型本科教育。开展中职、高职、应用型本科教育分级培养和联合培养。完善职业教育质量标准体系提出，完善中、高等职业学校设置标准，规范职业院校设置。实施省、市、校职业教育质量年度报告制度。按照国家有关要求，积极承接1+X证书制度试点工作，2019年试点规模不少于4.5万人。深化产教融合校企合作提出，推动落实《江苏省职业教育校企合作促进条例》。成立20个职业教育行业指导委员会。建设20个示范性职业教育集团。支持建设一批产教融合试点城市、试点行业。省级每年认定100家左右“产教融合型企业”，给予“金融+财政+土地+信用”的组合式激励，并按规定落实相关税收政策。全面推行现代学徒制、企业新型学徒制。县级以上人民政府可设立专项资金，补助企业参与职业教育的办学成本。
