省人大常委会开展大气及水污染防治工作专题询问
5月30日上午，省十三届人大常委会第十一次会议举行联组会议，围绕依法推进我省大气及水污染防治工作进行专题询问。省委常委、常务副省长梁桂到会听取意见并回答询问。省人大常委会副主任刘小燕、朱静芝、郭青、戴征社、郭大为和秘书长韩水岐出席。
询问开始前，与会人员共同观看了水污染防治“一法两条例”贯彻实施情况执法检查随机抽查情况专题片。随后，省人大常委会组成人员围绕我省大气及水污染防治工作中的热点难点焦点问题一一发问。省发展改革委、省财政厅、省工信厅、省生态环境厅等省政府相关部门负责人参加会议并回答询问。
梁桂表示，专题询问是践行习近平生态文明思想的重要举措，对打赢污染防治攻坚战具有重要促进作用。我们将以此次专题询问为契机，深入查找问题，自觉接受监督，不断提升生态文明建设水平。省政府及其各部门将进一步强化法治意识，保持战略定力，认真履行职责，抓紧抓好中央生态环境保护督察“回头看”反馈问题整改，坚持铁腕治霾、科学治霾、协调治霾，严格落实河长、湖长制，狠抓各项任务落实，坚决打赢蓝天、碧水保卫战。切实夯实部门、地方政府和企业环保责任，依法依规查处各类环境违法行为，不断增强群众的获得感、幸福感。
郭大为在主持会议时强调，要进一步提高政治站位，切实把中央和省委有关大气和水污染防治的决策部署落到实处，扎实推进大气污染和水污染防治法律法规贯彻实施，坚决实现打赢蓝天保卫战和碧水保卫战的奋斗目标。（记者 耿薇 井晨卉）
