6月5日,按照省委部署,省脱贫攻坚领导小组在成都分别对在2018年国家、省级脱贫攻坚成效考核中“发现问题突出”“发现问题较多”“存在专项问题”的县(市、区)及有关市(州)党委、政府负责人进行约谈。省委副书记、领导小组第一副组长邓小刚主持约谈会并讲话。 邓小刚代表省脱贫攻坚领导小组对“发现问题突出”的阿坝县、南部县、美姑县、宣汉县、旺苍县及有关市(州)党委、政府主要负责人进行了约谈。邓小刚强调,当前全党正在开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育,能否如期打赢脱贫攻坚战,是对党员干部是否牢记初心使命、勇于担当作为的直接检验。要增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于扶贫工作的重要论述,把中央和省委决策部署不折不扣落到实处。要认真贯彻全省落实“两不愁三保障”回头看大排查工作部署会议精神,全覆盖拉通排查,摸清底数、找准问题,对存在的问题必须严肃认真对待,采取有力措施切实解决。要强化责任担当,党政一把手要负主责、亲自抓,主动从自身找差距、从主观查原因,正视现实问题,引以为戒,举一反三,进一步把各项工作做得更细更实更深,确保取得经得起实践和历史检验的实绩。要立说立行立改,以刀刃向内、自我革命的精神,完善整改措施,力克形式主义、官僚主义,把存在的问题彻底整改到位,对整改不落实不见效的要严肃问责追责。要坚决确保脱贫攻坚质量,聚焦“两不愁三保障”,坚持标准、严格要求、严明纪律,以昂扬的斗志、饱满的热情,坚定信心、尽锐出战,如期圆满打赢我省脱贫攻坚战,向党和人民交出合格答卷。 省脱贫攻坚领导小组还约谈了“发现问题较多”的县(区)党委、政府主要负责人和“存在专项问题”的县(市、区)党委、政府分管负责人。被约谈的县(市、区)和市(州)党委、政府负责人作了表态发言,一致表示对通报的问题主动认领、照单全收,主动担当担责,扎实抓好整改落实。 省委常委、领导小组副组长曲木史哈,副省长、领导小组副组长尧斯丹及省脱贫办领导分组通报相关问题并提出整改要求。(记者 钟振宇 侯冲 王成栋) Источник
