自治区人民政府召开常务会议 研究减轻中小学生负担等
5月27日，自治区主席雪克来提 · 扎克尔主持召开自治区人民政府常务会议，研究减轻中小学生负担、2019年高标准农田建设等工作。
会议强调，为中小学生减负，对促进中小学生健康成长、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义，各级政府和各有关部门要聚焦新疆工作总目标，遵循教育规律，落实立德树人根本任务，树立科学的质量观和人才培养观，切实减轻违背教学规律、有损中小学生身心健康的过重学业负担，促进中小学生健康成长。各级政府要健全工作机制，综合施策，做到持续发力、久久为功，确保各项工作落到实处。
会议指出，高标准农田建设对于深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革意义重大。各级政府要牢固树立新发展理念，落实高质量发展要求，把农田建设作为保障粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给的基础工程，落实粮食安全省长责任制，切实发挥各级政府在农田建设的政策制定、组织发动、规划编制、配套投入、资金整合、建设管理和机制创新等方面的作用，加强组织领导，确保高标准农田建设工作扎实推进。要以高标准农田建设为引领，加快提升我区农业综合生产能力，为深入实施乡村振兴战略和打赢脱贫攻坚战提供基础支撑。
会议还研究了其他事项。
