6月5日，四川省法官检察官遴选委员会换届大会在成都举行。会议宣读了《关于聘任四川省法官检察官遴选委员会第二届委员的决定》，表决产生了新一届遴选委员会主任。省委常委、政法委书记邓勇出席会议并讲话。
记者在会上了解到，王强等37人被聘任为遴选委员会委员，包括7名专门委员，以及30名由人大代表、政协委员、法学专家、审判业务专家、检察业务专家、律师代表、法律实务专家组成的专家委员。经表决，张建魁连任遴选委员会主任。
会议强调，省法官检察官遴选委员会作为第三方专门工作机构，承担着为全省各级法院、检察院遴选合格法官、检察官的光荣使命。省法官检察官遴选委员会自2016年成立以来，开展了4次遴选工作，顺利遴选出员额法官检察官12000余名。此次换届是我省法官检察官遴选工作发展历程的新起点，新一届遴选委员会要忠诚履职、严格把关，把最优秀的司法人才选进法官检察官队伍，积极推动我省法治建设和司法工作健康发展，为推动治蜀兴川再上新台阶提供坚强法治保障。
2019年，遴选委员会将进一步完善遴选制度，探索扩大遴选面试审议范围，让“书面审议+面试审议”方式常态化运行，并进一步完善遴选委员会常态化学习机制，逐步建立遴选委员会常态化调研机制。今年上半年的遴选审议工作预计本月开展。
