已有78名台湾人才在我省事业单位入编工作
记者近日从省人社厅获悉，我省进一步开放事业单位招聘引进台湾人才，选聘一批台湾专才到高校、科研院所、园区和自贸试验区任职，至目前，已有78名台湾人才在我省事业单位入编工作。
同时，我省率先开展在闽台湾人才职称评审试点(工程、经济、农业、卫生4项)、直接采认台湾地区职业技能资格试点(中式烹调师、西式烹调师、美容师、美发师、汽车维修工等5种职业)、台湾地区居民职业技能鉴定试点(已开放248个职业工种技能鉴定)等工作。至目前，已有119名台湾人才取得相应职称，3500多名台湾专技人才取得国家职业资格证书，4100多名台胞取得国家职业技能资格。
我省还率先放宽台资人力资源服务准入，现已引入11家相关台资独资机构；积极推动两岸人才交流合作，已举办16届海峡两岸人才交流合作大会、3届海峡博士人才交流合作对接会；大力支持台湾青年来闽创业，已设立34个台湾青年创业基地，已有9600多名台湾青年人才在闽创业发展。（记者 潘园园）
