省政协党组召开扩大会议传达学习中央指示精神
5月30日，十二届省政协召开二十六次党组（扩大）会议，传达学习习近平总书记在中央财经委员会第四次会议上的重要讲话精神和《中国共产党党员教育管理工作条例》等。省政协党组书记、省政协主席韩勇主持会议。省政协副主席陈强、王卫华、刘宽忍、王二虎和秘书长闫超英出席。
会议指出，习近平总书记在中央财经委员会第四次会议上的重要讲话，聚焦全面建成小康社会的短板弱项，提出要在普遍实现“两不愁”的基础上，重点攻克“三保障”面临的问题，全面完成脱贫任务；要勇于破解难题，深化供给侧结构性改革，强化宏观政策逆周期调节，落实好中央经济工作会议精神。习近平总书记的重要讲话为推动我国经济社会发展指明了方向和重点，全省政协组织要全面系统深入学习领会，准确把握党中央的分析判断、目标要求、重大举措，切实把思想和行动统一到党中央决策部署上来。
会议强调，中共中央印发的《中国共产党党员教育管理工作条例》，对党员教育管理的内容、方式、程序等作出了规范，为加强新时代党员教育管理工作提供了基本遵循，对于提高党员队伍建设质量，推动全面从严治党向纵深发展，夯实党长期执政基础，具有十分重要的意义。要深入学习贯彻《条例》，推进省政协党员教育管理制度化、规范化、常态化，坚持以政治建设为统领，用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作；要强化党纪党规学习教育，做到内化于心、外化于行，心有戒惧、守牢底线；要把党员教育管理作为党的建设一项基础性经常性工作来安排部署，抓好落实。
会议还传达了中共陕西省委关于脱贫攻坚专项巡视整改进展情况的通报、中央第二生态环境保护督察组向陕西省反馈“回头看”及专项督察情况精神。（记者 李妮）
