5月29日，我省与西安交通大学在南昌签署全面战略合作协议。签约前，省委书记刘奇会见了西安交通大学党委书记张迈曾、校长王树国一行。省长易炼红和张迈曾共同见证签约。省领导赵力平、吴晓军参加相关活动。刘奇说，科技创新不足是江西发展最大的短板。习近平总书记视察江西时，要求我们要牵住创新这个“牛鼻子”，走出一条创新链、产业链、人才链、政策链、资金链深度融合的路子，持续推进经济高质量发展。这次我省与西安交大签订全面战略合作协议，就是要通过全面深化省校合作，深入实施创新驱动发展战略，促进产学研用深度融合，为经济发展注入强大的动力和活力。刘奇指出，西安交大人才荟萃、智力密集，学科和平台建设优势明显，教学科研和成果转化能力强。希望双方以此次签订合作协议为契机，进一步深化合作交流，加强西安交大教学科研优势与江西发展需求紧密对接，深化在人才培养、科研成果转化、高端智库建设等领域的合作交流，加强在航空、VR等产业的战略协同，努力实现合作共赢、共同发展。张迈曾表示，江西是一片充满红色记忆的红土地，也是一片充满希望的发展热土。西安交大加强与江西的合作，是坚定信仰、回报革命老区，服务地方经济发展的具体行动。我们将落实好全面战略合作协议的各项内容，强化责任、细化举措，建立跟踪督办机制，以实实在在的合作成效为江西经济社会发展作出应有贡献。
