6月4日上午，四川省人民政府与中国科学院在成都签署推进四川省“一干多支、五区协同”发展战略深化合作协议。省委书记彭清华会见中科院院长白春礼一行，并共同见证协议签署。省委副书记邓小刚参加有关活动。
6月4日上午，四川省人民政府与中国科学院在成都签署推进四川省“一干多支、五区协同”发展战略深化合作协议。省委书记彭清华会见中科院院长白春礼一行，并共同见证协议签署。省委副书记邓小刚参加有关活动。
会见中，彭清华和白春礼围绕共同落实好合作协议、建设重大基础科研平台、构建现代产业体系、加快科技成果转化、培养高端创新人才、加强战略决策咨询合作等交换了意见。
签署仪式上，我省有关方面负责同志介绍协议有关情况；副省长杨兴平与中科院副院长张亚平分别代表双方签署协议。根据协议，双方将立足四川与中科院已有良好合作基础，围绕实施我省“一干多支、五区协同”战略部署，重点在建设中科院成都科教融合区域中心、共建重大研发和转化平台、打造中科院西部创新人才高地等方面深化合作，推动四川全面创新改革试验，加快建成国家创新驱动发展先行省。中科院成都分院、中科院成都山地所还分别与德阳市、广安市、阿坝州、省自然资源科学研究院签署有关合作协议。
协议签署仪式前，举行了中国科学院院所走进四川暨深化省院科技创新合作工作座谈会，我省部分市（州）、中科院在川有关单位在会上作交流发言。
