自治区部署水旱灾害防御暨水库安全度汛工作 消除隐患
5月28日，自治区水旱灾害防御暨水库安全度汛工作视频会议在乌鲁木齐市召开。会议通报了新疆水旱灾害防御和水库安全度汛、隐患整治工作情况，分析研判了当前新疆水旱灾害防御形势，部署水旱灾害防御及水库安全度汛工作。
自治区党委常委、自治区副主席艾尔肯 · 吐尼亚孜出席会议并讲话。
会议指出，根据预测，今年受厄尔尼诺现象影响，全区防汛抗旱形势不容乐观，全区仍将维持洪旱交替的势态，预计后期，北疆大部、天山山区等地要防御极端天气引发的局地暴雨洪水；夏季南疆各地、北疆伊犁河谷等地要加强急速升温引发的融雪型洪水和雨雪混合型洪水灾害的防御工作。
会议强调，各地要坚决贯彻落实自治区党委“1+3+3+改革开放”工作部署，突出重点，预防为主，从严扎实做好水旱灾害防御工作。面对今年严峻的水旱灾害防御形势，要按照“水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管”的水利改革发展总基调，坚持底线思维，强化风险意识，立足防大洪、抗大旱，切实做好各项工作；要全面贯彻落实今年全国水库安全度汛工作视频会议精神，采取综合措施，消除隐患，确保水库安全度汛。
