6月5日上午，省委“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育领导小组第一次会议在成都召开。省委书记、领导小组组长彭清华主持会议并讲话，强调要认真学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神和党中央决策部署，深化思想认识，加强组织领导，明确职责任务，从严从实要求，确保我省主题教育良好开局、扎实推进。
6月5日上午，省委“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育领导小组第一次会议在成都召开。省委书记、领导小组组长彭清华主持会议并讲话，强调要认真学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神和党中央决策部署，深化思想认识，加强组织领导，明确职责任务，从严从实要求，确保我省主题教育良好开局、扎实推进。
省委副书记、省长、领导小组副组长尹力，省委副书记、领导小组副组长邓小刚出席。
会议讨论了我省主题教育有关工作方案和专项整治方案。
会议指出，落实党中央部署要求，高质量开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育，是全省各级党组织和广大党员干部的一项重大政治任务，也是树牢“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”的具体行动。领导小组各位同志既是我省主题教育的参与者也是组织者，一定要深化思想认识、强化政治担当，带头参加主题教育，认真抓好分管领域工作，推动党中央和省委各项部署落地落实。
会议指出，省委主题教育领导小组在省委领导下开展工作，主要担负政策制定、指导协调、部署安排、督促落实等重要职责。要加强工作谋划，做好与中央指导组沟通衔接，围绕省委《实施意见》深入研究、加强统筹，结合中央和省委最新工作要求，及时完善和细化工作思路举措。要加强指导推进，坚持分类指导、统筹安排、有序推进，充分发挥省委巡回指导组的作用，把督促指导贯穿学习教育、调查研究、检视问题、整改落实全过程，严督实导，传导压力。要加强政策研究，增强预见性，对工作开展过程中可能出现的新情况新问题，做好分析研判、及时应对解决。会议对近期主题教育重点工作作出安排，要求从一开始就要坚持从严从实，确保全省主题教育有力有序开展、取得扎扎实实成效。
