5月29日至30日，副省长、安宁河省级河长王一宏赴攀枝花市、凉山州，专题调研安宁河河长制湖长制工作开展情况。
调研期间，王一宏先后前往攀枝花市盐边县安宁河河口、凉山州德昌县三棵树水电站和西昌市生活垃圾填埋场实地察看，并在攀枝花市主持召开了安宁河河长制湖长制工作座谈会。王一宏在讲话中指出，各级各相关部门要提高思想自觉，坚决贯彻落实习近平总书记关于落实河长制湖长制的重要指示精神，坚持把全面推行河长制湖长制与生态文明建设统筹谋划，确保中央和省委省政府决策部署在安宁河流域落地落实。王一宏强调，要进一步加强防治能力建设，加快推进污水处理设施建设，深入开展乡镇级集中式饮用水水源地排查整治工作。要严格河湖岸线管理，切实落实好《2019年四川省全面落实河长制湖长制工作要点》，深入开展河湖“清四乱”专项行动。要多措并举综合施策，持续加大水土流失综合治理力度，有效解决水电站导致的河道减水、断流问题。要建立完善多方参与的联防、联控工作机制和共管共治的工作模式，加大行政执法力度，落实任务“交账制”和“销号制”，进一步完善科学合理的考核评价体系。各级河（湖）长要认真履职尽责，加强统筹协调，切实做到情况明、责任清、措施实、督查严。
