我省海绵城市项目建设完工485个
6月1日，记者从全省海绵城市建设现场推进会上获悉，2016年以来，我省切实把海绵城市理念贯穿城市规划建设管理全过程，城市防洪排涝能力有效提升，城市水生态环境得到较好改善，城市更加绿色、生态、宜居，人民群众获得感和满意度明显增强。推进海绵城市建设，规划是“龙头”。我省在全国率先编制了《江西省海绵城市建设技术导则（试行）》，各地将海绵城市建设理念和要求系统融入城市总体规划、控制性详细规划，及时编制或修订城市排水防涝、城市水系和雨水控制与利用等相关规划，将海绵城市建设要求落实到规划编制、实施管理全过程，避免了海绵城市建设碎片化。目前，已有南昌、景德镇、萍乡等15个城市完成了专项规划编制并经同级政府批复实施，新余、乐平、共青城等3个城市的专项规划编制已经通过专家评审。在抓好国家海绵城市建设试点的同时，我省还积极推进省级国家海绵城市建设试点工作，定期对海绵城市建设进行检查和指导。萍乡作为国家海绵城市建设试点城市，连续两年获得全国绩效考评第一，为全省乃至全国提供了可复制、可借鉴、可推广的宝贵经验。此外，我省还督促各地建立海绵城市建设工程项目储备制度，编制三年滚动投资计划和年度投资计划，保证项目建设有序实施。据统计，全省海绵城市建设计划总投资441.4亿元，已完成投资238.7亿元；累计建设海绵城市项目980个，已完工485个，在建项目253个。

江西稻渔种养助推农业高质量发展
5月31日，记者从省政府新闻办、省农业农村厅联合召开的新闻发布会上获悉，我省稻渔综合种养面积位居全国第五，预计今年突破150万亩，亩均增收1600元以上，是单一种植水稻收益的3至6倍，带动农（渔）民增收16亿元。近年来，我省依托农业结构调整水产业发展工程项目，推进了9万余亩稻渔综合种养基地建设，创建了10个整县推进稻渔综合种养示范县，引领全省稻渔综合种养基地实现规模化、标准化、生态化发展。我省还创新稻渔综合种养模式，在全省推广了稻虾、稻鱼、稻鳖、稻蛙、稻鳅和稻蟹等六大种养模式，实现了“一水两用、一田双收、稳粮增渔、粮渔双赢”。2018年全省生产优质水稻46万吨、优质水产品9.2万吨，实现总产值50.46亿元，加工流通业产值达120亿元，每亩田直接减少化肥施用量30%以上、农药施用量40%以上。
