5月29日，省人大常委会副主任郭大为在西安会见了哥伦比亚国会哥中议员友好小组代表团一行。
郭大为对代表团来陕访问表示欢迎，并简要介绍了陕西省省情及省人大常委会工作。他说，陕西省人大及其常委会立法、监督等各方面工作成效显著，为陕西经济社会发展提供了坚强法治保障。陕西与哥伦比亚之间有着良好互动，希望通过代表团此次访问，进一步加强双方往来，深化双方在各领域之间的合作。
