5月30日，十三届省委第五轮巡视动员部署会在西安召开。省委常委、省委组织部部长张广智宣布了巡视组组长、副组长授权任职及任务分工决定。省委常委、省委巡视工作领导小组组长王兴宁出席并讲话。
王兴宁指出，开展秦岭生态环境保护专项巡视，是贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想和重要指示批示精神、巩固秦岭北麓西安境内违建别墅问题专项整治成果的重大举措，省委巡视机构和秦岭区域各级党组织要提高政治站位，强化政治担当，坚决完成省委交给的巡视任务，以实际行动践行“两个维护”。
王兴宁强调，要坚守政治巡视定位，紧盯贯彻习近平生态文明思想和重要指示批示精神、巩固秦岭北麓西安境内违建别墅问题专项整治成果、落实省委省政府关于秦岭生态环境保护决策部署和中央环保督察“回头看”反馈意见整改情况，加强政治监督。要坚持发现问题、形成震慑不动摇，聚焦被巡视单位党组织政治责任，准确把握政治和业务关系，充分运用巡视监督方式方法，从严从实开展监督。要用好监督检查成果，督促被巡视党组织抓好整改落实，推动解决秦岭生态环境保护中的突出问题，举一反三、建立长效机制。要统筹安排部署、统筹指导督导、统筹力量使用、统筹成果运用，实现巡视巡察上下联动、上下贯通。要坚持从严管理，积极推进巡视规范化建设，切实提高依规依纪依法巡视水平，确保巡视工作经得起实践和历史的检验。（记者 董渺）
