刘国中对客人来陕考察表示欢迎。他说，今年4月25日，习近平主席在会见米尔济约耶夫总统时指出，中乌关系贵在彼此信任，重在驰而不息，为推动中乌友好合作指明了方向。陕西历史文化厚重、自然景观壮美、自然资源丰富、工业体系完备、区位优势突出、科教实力雄厚，目前正在按照中央政府的部署，积极参与“一带一路”建设，全力打造内陆改革开放新高地。作为地方政府，陕西希望与费尔干纳州一道，按照两国元首达成的共识，在经贸、人文等领域开展务实合作，共同造福两省州人民。
