省“五型”政府建设监督员开展调研活动
各地各单位在推进“五型”政府建设过程中，有什么经验和做法？建设忠诚型、创新型、担当型、服务型、过硬型政府，遇到哪些困难？需要在哪些方面改进？带着这些问题，5月27日开始，我省“五型”政府建设监督员，在全省开展了为期一周的“走近政府、建言献策”调研活动。省政府提出，全省政府系统要在推进“五型”政府建设上取得突破性进展，做到措施更实、作风更硬、成效更大，把政府工作整体提升到更高的层次、更高的水平，上升到更高的台阶，推动政府工作理念、思路、举措、作风和成效实现突破性提升。为加强对“五型”政府建设的监督，省“五型”政府建设领导小组办公室在人大代表、政协委员、省政府参事、企业家、新闻媒体和社会各界人士中选聘了50名“五型”政府建设监督员。此次活动，是省“五型”政府建设监督员受聘后首次开展监督调研工作。为做好此次调研活动，省“五型”政府建设监督员分成5个小组，分赴各设区市和相关省直单位，采取座谈交流、实地调研等方式，了解“五型”政府建设详细情况。监督员进机关、到园区、下企业、入社区，与干部群众深入交流；深入行政服务中心、行政审批局等单位，详细了解便民服务情况，对各地各部门提高政治站位、加强自身建设、把“五型”政府建设各项任务落到实处等方面，提出了意见和建议。对此次调研活动，各地各部门开门纳谏，有成绩讲成绩，有问题说问题，让监督员切实感受到全省“五型”政府建设推进过程中带来的新变化。据了解，为充分运用好调研成果，省“五型”政府建设领导小组办公室将对各组调研报告发现的问题，转请相关单位进行核查处理，对合理化的意见和建议，要求相关单位认真研究采纳。
