6月5日，省委书记、省人大常委会主任胡和平在西安会见了奥地利联邦议会议长阿佩一行。
胡和平对阿佩一行来陕访问表示热烈欢迎。他说，陕西是中华民族和中华文明的重要发祥地、是古丝绸之路的起点，也是中国对外开放的窗口。近年来，随着“一带一路”建设深入实施，陕西与欧亚国家的联系日益紧密，陕奥交流有了更加广阔的空间。当前，我们正在贯彻改革开放基本国策，大力发展枢纽经济、门户经济、流动经济，以开放促改革、促创新、促发展。希望以议长此访为契机，在“一带一路”框架下，进一步加强互联互通，促进经贸、旅游、文化、体育、农业等领域合作，推动地方人大与议会间交流，为巩固和拓展中奥友好战略伙伴关系作出新贡献。
