刘宁在省政府专题会上强调 加强联动 担当负责 齐心协力抓好全省经济运行工作–政务公开
6月3日，省委副书记、省长刘宁主持召开省政府专题会，听取省发展改革委、省审计厅、省统计局工作汇报，强调要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，围绕“六稳”要求，加强联动，担当负责，以谋划重大政策、实施重大举措、加快重大改革、推进重大项目为主攻方向，抓关键、破难题、促落实，齐心协力抓好全省经济运行工作。副省长田锦尘参加。
刘宁指出，发展改革、审计、统计部门在经济运行中负有重要职能，谋划推动、把脉过程、核算结果，工作三位一体，密不可分，要把握好三者之间的系统性、关联度，实现信息互通、资源共享、工作互动，形成整体推进合力，组织实施好经济活动。
刘宁强调，当前，我省经济发展面临爬坡过坎、滚石上山的重要时期，要客观清醒地认识当前青海发展面临的压力挑战和阶段性特征，抓住大政策、谋划大项目、优化大环境，注重系统性、找准着力点、拿出硬措施、强化执行力，做到工作不减力、标准不降低。发展改革委要发挥牵头抓总作用，扛起责任，把握大势，抓住重点，调控推动，谋划发展，解决问题；审计部门要严格依法，强化审核，合理计量，充分发挥“免疫系统”功能，坚持“治已病、防未病”，保障资金安全、干部安全、经济运行安全；统计部门要依法统计，规范严谨，实事求是，科学调查，精确核算，确保统计数据真实可靠，加强统计结果运用，及时研判反馈统计信息，为科学决策提供优质统计服务。
刘宁要求，要坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，按照省委省政府的安排要求，精准把握经济发展宏观大势，紧抓重点和关键，重大课题超前系统高位谋划，重大项目坚持一追到底，重大问题有方案、有措施、有作为，全力推动事关全局的工作。要以时不我待的紧迫感，抓紧“十四五”规划、区域协调发展等重大规划、课题的编制研究，解决好青海未来发展的方向性问题。要抓住机遇，主动作为，谋篇布局，谋划一批事关大局、影响深远、群众认可、预期良好的重点项目。要挂图督战，深入实施投资“审批破冰”工程，扎实做好第四次经济普查工作，加快建设现代化经济体系，推动全省经济持续健康平稳发展。 ( 花木嵯)
