自治区党内法规工作培训班开班 开创制度建设新局面
6月3日，自治区党内法规工作培训班开班。自治区党委副书记、教育工委书记李鹏新出席开班式并讲话。
会议指出，加强党内法规制度建设是全面从严治党、依规治党的必然要求。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党内法规制度建设，习近平总书记作出一系列重要论述和指示批示，深刻阐明了加强党内法规制度建设的重大意义、主要任务和基本要求，为做好党内法规工作提供了重要遵循。各地各部门要增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，坚定坚决把思想和行动统一到习近平总书记重要指示要求上来，切实增强责任感和使命感，把党内法规制度建设摆在重要位置，确保党内法规制度建设始终沿着正确方向前进，为实现社会稳定和长治久安总目标提供有力制度保障。
会议强调，要聚焦贯彻落实以习近平同志为核心的党中央治疆方略特别是社会稳定和长治久安总目标，按照自治区党委部署要求，扎实推进党内法规制度建设各项重点工作。要旗帜鲜明讲政治，要以党章为根本依据，不断完善保障“两个维护”的制度机制，推动全区各级党组织和党员干部在思想上政治上行动上同以习近平同志为核心的党中央保持高度一致。要抓好《自治区党委党内法规制定工作第二个五年规划（2018—2022年）》贯彻落实，持续完善党的组织法规制度、领导法规制度、自身建设法规制度和监督保障法规制度，逐步形成与中央党内法规制度相配套、符合自治区实际的党内法规制度体系。要切实提高党内法规制度的执行力，坚持以上率下、常抓抓长，积极营造尊规学规守规用规的良好氛围。
会议强调，要落实领导责任、完善工作机制，强化支撑保障、打造过硬队伍，进一步夯实新时代全区党内法规制度建设的工作基础，努力开创全区党内法规制度建设新局面。
