6月5日下午，省扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组召开2019年第五次（扩大）会议。会议传达贯彻中央扫黑除恶第12督导组督导陕西省工作动员会精神，分析存在问题，安排部署“五个再来一遍”“三个大起底”工作举措，深入推进专项斗争重点工作。省委常委、省委政法委书记庄长兴主持会议并讲话。省扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组各成员单位和省扫黑办负责同志出席会议。
会议指出，中央对扫黑除恶专项斗争进行督导，是贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神的具体行动，是推动专项斗争向纵深发展的重要举措。各地各有关部门要深刻认识中央督导的重大意义，切实增强接受督导、配合督导、落实督导的思想自觉和行动自觉，紧紧围绕督导重点，紧盯突出问题，全面落实好边督边改《实施方案》，通过边督边改推进专项斗争向纵深发展。
会议强调，要以“五个再来一遍”“三个大起底”为具体抓手，抓紧边督边改，做到立即改、全面改、彻底改。要逐一建立问题台账，综合施策整改。要加快推进“黑恶积案清零、问题线索清零”，深挖彻查一批涉黑涉恶的“官伞”“警伞”“庸伞”，坚决铲除黑恶势力滋生土壤。要强化责任、配足力量、细化措施、精细调度，确保督导意见条条落到实处。
会议通过视频会议形式召开。各市（区）扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组组长、副组长及成员单位负责同志参加视频会议。（记者 甘甜）
