5月28日，第七届中国网络视听大会系列活动“5G时代超高清视听产业生态发展对话会暨项目签约仪式”在成都举行。签约仪式上，天府新区成都直管区携手成都市广播电视台，共同打造中国成都·青松谷网络视听产业小镇。
小镇选址天府新区科学城青松湿地，规划占地3000亩，紧靠天府大道，毗邻兴隆湖，目前已被列为四川省级网络视听产业基地，也是成都市建设世界文创名城七大重点项目之一。小镇欲打造为成都视听文化创意发展新地标。
小镇将大力推进网络视听产业裂变式增长。目前小镇已与上海证大喜马拉雅网络科技有限公司、上海看榜信息科技有限公司、四川数字文化与传媒研究基地（电子科大数字媒体研究中心）、中国移动（成都）产业研究院、四川致和博视科技有限公司、北京金山云网络技术有限公司、新华智云科技有限公司、慈文传媒集团、新浪四川、亚马逊中国、新媒体MCN产业园等，在技术支撑与创新、平台建设、内容生产、渠道拓展等方面达成战略合作协议。
