6月2日，由青海省广播电视局和上海广播电视台联合制作的展现“两弹一星”精神主题纪录片《代号“221”》在西宁正式开机。省委常委、宣传部长张西明，省人大常委会副主任尼玛卓玛，副省长张黎出席开机仪式。
张西明在致辞时对国家广电总局的大力支持、上海和江苏广播电视台的热诚帮助表示感谢。他说，习近平总书记强调，“两弹一星”精神激励和鼓舞了几代人，是中华民族的宝贵精神财富，一定要一代一代传下去，使之转化为不可限量的物质创造力。希望剧组和全省影视文艺工作者深入贯彻习近平总书记的重大要求，坚持正确的政治方向和创作导向，深入生活、扎根人民，增“四力”、强本领，用心用情抒写伟大时代，创作更多有温度、有道德、有筋骨的优秀作品。
张西明指出，要把创作“两弹一星”精神文艺作品同发挥青海原子城纪念馆、宣讲团、理想信念教育学院、研究院、展览馆等平台作用结合好，融会贯通、合力推进，使传承弘扬“两弹一星”精神各项工作相辅相成、相互促进。要进一步加强与兄弟省市的沟通联系，实现合作共赢，为全省各族人民提供高品质文化精品，为丰富发展民族精神和时代精神作出新贡献。（李欣）
