3月10日，攀西经济区联席会议第五次会议在成都召开。会议明确，今年要深入推动战略资源创新开发，组织实施攀西试验区第五批重大科技攻关项目，并结合钒钛领域“卡脖子”技术路线图和项目清单，组织申报实施第六批重大科技攻关项目，争取突破一批实用技术。
3月10日，副省长、攀西经济区联席会议召集人尧斯丹主持召开联席会议第五次会议，省政协副主席、副召集人林书成出席会议。会议强调，要深入学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会和省委十一届十次全会精神，完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念，强化规划引领，加力重点突破，加强协作联动，全力推动攀西经济区转型升级发展。 会议传达学习了省委、省政府有关会议文件精神，听取了联席会议办公室（省发展改革委）和攀枝花市、凉山州2021年以来有关工作情况和2022年工作安排的汇报，研究审议了联席会议2022年重点任务清单。省直相关部门（单位）作会议发言。 尧斯丹指出，去年以来，两市（州）和联席会议各成员单位深入实施《攀西经济区“十四五”转型升级发展规划》，推动实现“十四五”发展良好开局。当前攀西经济区发展面临系列重大机遇，要加快重点规划编制、实施和完善，加快发展战略资源、清洁能源、特色农业、文化旅游等优势特色产业，加快推进高铁、机场、水网、开放平台等项目建设，落实最严格的耕地保护制度，着力推进高质量发展。要坚守防止规模性返贫、森林草原防灭火、防汛减灾、安全生产等底线，抓好中央生态环保督察整改，切实筑牢长江上游生态屏障。要强化省级支持，强化区域内部规划、项目等协同推进机制，加强重点工作考核督办。 林书成指出，省委、省政府高度重视攀西经济区转型升级发展，去年以来联席会议各成员单位对照清单、履职尽责，较好完成了年度目标任务。2022年，要结合区域优势特点，着眼高质量发展，在农业综合开发、林下可燃物综合利用、大数据产业、矿产资源科学有序开发等方面，进一步加大谋划和推进力度。 省政府副秘书长徐志文、李君臣，省政协副秘书长朱向阳，攀枝花市、凉山州及联席会议成员单位有关负责同志等参加会议。
