  5月30日,省委常委、副省长王予波到省统计局调研第四次全国经济普查工作,看望慰问普查工作人员和统计干部。强调要加强联审联查,确保数据质量,圆满完成第四次全国经济普查任务,努力交上一份优异的成绩单。   王予波指出,全国经济普查是重大的国情国力调查。在省委省政府高度重视和有力推动下,通过全省上下共同努力,取得了重要成果,目前已进入审核验收阶段。要加强会议联审和风险防控,进行反复算、细致比、依法查,确保数据真实可靠。   王予波强调,要以党性保证数据质量,认真贯彻习近平总书记关于统计工作的重要论述,深入落实省委省政府部署要求,从讲政治的高度抓好审查工作,切实增强责任感和使命感。要以法纪保证数据质量,全面贯彻《统计法》,认真落实省政府第23次常务会议精神,坚持依法统计、依法治统,严格按规章制度办事,切实提高经济普查工作的法治性、严肃性。要以作风保证数据质量,认真贯彻“三严三实”要求,体现严谨务实作风,确保普查数据经得起审核验收。要加强普查数据对比分析,强化普查结果运用,为实施“一优两高”战略提供重要支撑。(宋明慧) Источник

6月5日下午,省扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组召开2019年第五次(扩大)会议。会议传达贯彻中央扫黑除恶第12督导组督导陕西省工作动员会精神,分析存在问题,安排部署“五个再来一遍”“三个大起底”工作举措,深入推进专项斗争重点工作。省委常委、省委政法委书记庄长兴主持会议并讲话。省扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组各成员单位和省扫黑办负责同志出席会议。 会议指出,中央对扫黑除恶专项斗争进行督导,是贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神的具体行动,是推动专项斗争向纵深发展的重要举措。各地各有关部门要深刻认识中央督导的重大意义,切实增强接受督导、配合督导、落实督导的思想自觉和行动自觉,紧紧围绕督导重点,紧盯突出问题,全面落实好边督边改《实施方案》,通过边督边改推进专项斗争向纵深发展。 会议强调,要以“五个再来一遍”“三个大起底”为具体抓手,抓紧边督边改,做到立即改、全面改、彻底改。要逐一建立问题台账,综合施策整改。要加快推进“黑恶积案清零、问题线索清零”,深挖彻查一批涉黑涉恶的“官伞”“警伞”“庸伞”,坚决铲除黑恶势力滋生土壤。要强化责任、配足力量、细化措施、精细调度,确保督导意见条条落到实处。 会议通过视频会议形式召开。各市(区)扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组组长、副组长及成员单位负责同志参加视频会议。(记者 甘甜) ...

江西稻渔种养助推农业高质量发展

5月31日,记者从省政府新闻办、省农业农村厅联合召开的新闻发布会上获悉,我省稻渔综合种养面积位居全国第五,预计今年突破150万亩,亩均增收1600元以上,是单一种植水稻收益的3至6倍,带动农(渔)民增收16亿元。近年来,我省依托农业结构调整水产业发展工程项目,推进了9万余亩稻渔综合种养基地建设,创建了10个整县推进稻渔综合种养示范县,引领全省稻渔综合种养基地实现规模化、标准化、生态化发展。我省还创新稻渔综合种养模式,在全省推广了稻虾、稻鱼、稻鳖、稻蛙、稻鳅和稻蟹等六大种养模式,实现了“一水两用、一田双收、稳粮增渔、粮渔双赢”。2018年全省生产优质水稻46万吨、优质水产品9.2万吨,实现总产值50.46亿元,加工流通业产值达120亿元,每亩田直接减少化肥施用量30%以上、农药施用量40%以上。 Источник
