张光军赴江门市调研生态环境和卫生健康工作
6月3日，副省长张光军率队赴江门市调研中央和省级环境保护督察反馈意见整改工作、国考断面达标攻坚和县级集中式饮用水水源地环境问题清理整治工作，以及医联体和养老项目建设等有关工作。 在新会崖门环保产业园资源深度利用项目，张光军要求，江门市要坚持走可持续发展的路子，进一步推动园区固体废物减量化、资源化工作，切实加快项目建设进度，确保今年完成60万吨/年的综合利用和无害化处理能力建设。项目建成后，政府要同步建立监管体系，实现固体废物从产生到处置的全过程监管；要使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用，建立完善价格机制，平衡各方合法利益，配以相应的激励机制，调动相关市场主体的积极性，确保市场良性循环。在新会区牛湾断面监测点、西江饮用水源取水点，张光军要求，江门市要把国考断面达标攻坚作为全市水环境综合整治的牛鼻子，强化工业源、农业污染源、生活污水治理，持续改善潭江流域水环境，确保今年牛湾断面水质稳定达标。省、市要加强指导和监督，确保饮用水水源地环境问题整治质量，不搞虚假整改，整治一个、销号一个。在新会区双水镇中心卫生院和正在建设的新会区养老中心，张光军要求，江门市要通过医联体建设提升、做强县域卫生医疗能力水平，着力解决基层群众看病难、看病贵问题；要提升家庭医生服务质量，实实在在为百姓提供疾病预防等健康服务；要进一步加强新会区公办公营养老中心的规划建设，探索形成可持续发展的良性运营模式。
