5月27日，省委副书记、省长王晓东主持召开省政府常务会议，深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，落实省委工作要求，研究脱贫攻坚成效考核反馈问题整改、重大行政决策程序、“四个三”重大生态工程等工作。
会议指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于扶贫工作的重要论述精神，压紧压实脱贫攻坚主体责任和属地责任，严格时间进度和整改标准，不折不扣抓好脱贫攻坚成效考核反馈问题整改。要对标对表考核反馈问题，逐条逐项建立整改台账，深刻剖析问题根源，有针对性地制定整改措施，精准把握扶贫标准，扎实做好“三保障”工作，严格落实各项扶贫政策，规范管理和使用扶贫资金，完善扶贫项目实施管理，加强东西部扶贫协作，坚决整治形式主义、官僚主义，确保解决一个、销号一个、巩固一个。要将脱贫攻坚成效考核反馈问题整改，与中央脱贫攻坚专项巡视反馈意见整改、解决“两不愁三保障”突出问题等相结合，举一反三、标本兼治，为脱贫攻坚取得全胜打下坚实基础。
会议指出，要深入学习习近平总书记关于全面依法治国的重要论述精神，认真贯彻国务院《重大行政决策程序暂行条例》，进一步推进行政决策科学化、民主化、法治化，提高重大行政决策的质量和效率。要坚持把党的领导贯穿到重大行政决策的全过程和各方面，把党的群众路线贯彻到行政决策中，坚持科学决策、民主决策、依法决策，切实规范决策程序、降低决策风险、提高决策质量。要完善政府决策的规章制度，严格执行重大行政决策法定程序，全面提升依法行政的能力和水平。
会议强调，要深入学习贯彻习近平生态文明思想，树牢“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念，以实施“四个三”重大生态工程为抓手，加快补齐生态环境短板。要以更高站位、更严要求、更实举措，全力整改暗访调研中发现的问题，坚持分类指导，聚力精准施策，着力加强农村、城镇、交通、旅游厕所的建设和管理，健全乡镇污水处理设施运营维护管理长效机制，构建“户分类、村收集、镇转运、县处理”的农村生活垃圾收集处理模式，全力提高精准灭荒质量。要把“四个三”重大生态工程与打好三大攻坚战、实施乡村振兴战略等结合起来，加强协调，强化保障，确保如期完成任务。
会议还审议通过了省政府政策文件解读实施办法。（甘勇）
