5月28日，省公安厅召开学习宣传贯彻全国公安工作会议精神电视电话会，在全省公安机关部署开展“大学习大宣传大培训”活动。副省长、省公安厅厅长胡明朗出席会议并讲话。
胡明朗强调，认真学习宣传贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话和全国公安工作会议精神，是当前和今后一个时期公安机关的首要政治任务。全省各级公安机关要迅速开展“大学习大宣传大培训”活动，确保会议精神传达到每一个基层单位、每一名公安民警。要加大宣传宣讲力度，形成浓厚氛围。要把会议精神列为新警训练、晋升训练、专业训练的必修课和公安院校首要思想政治课，做到系统培训、全员轮训。要强化督导检查，建立督导问效机制，确保贯彻落实到位。要把学习宣传贯彻与当前各项任务结合起来，以“践行新使命、忠诚保大庆”实践活动为载体，坚决打赢“五大保卫仗”，坚决实现“五个严防、三个确保”工作目标，确保全省社会大局持续稳定。（记者 韩岩）
