更好满足人民群众幼有所育期盼
5月29日至31日，全国政协副主席卢展工率教科卫体委员会调研组，就“进一步缓解‘入园难’‘入园贵’，更好满足人民群众幼有所育期盼”在湖北调研。
调研组深入我省公办、民办幼儿园和有关师范院校，与教师、家长代表面对面交流，召开座谈会与省暨武汉市有关工作负责人深入交流，详细了解《中共中央、国务院关于学前教育深化改革规范发展的若干意见》的落实情况，并听取意见建议。
卢展工说，学前教育是终身教育的开端。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中强调要“办好学前教育”，并把实现“幼有所育”作为“七有”重大民生问题之首。要不忘初心，提高认识，提升站位，把学前教育摆在更加突出的位置上，加强党对学前教育工作的领导，确保党的教育方针在学前教育领域深入贯彻落实。
调研组认为，当前，学前教育仍是整个教育体系的短板，发展不平衡不充分问题十分突出。要准确定位，突出师资保障，注重机制创新，协力破解难题，形成解决“入园难”“入园贵”的强大合力，推动新时代学前教育跨越式发展、突破性发展。
调研组指出，湖北省委省政府高度重视学前教育事业，积极探索创新，取得显著成绩。希望继续加大改革创新力度，探索出更多好经验、好做法，切实发挥好引领带动作用，更好满足人民群众的美好期盼。
全国政协教科卫体委员会主任袁贵仁担任调研组组长，副主任朱之文、常荣军担任调研组副组长。副省长曾欣参加座谈并介绍情况，省政协副主席郭跃进参加座谈和调研。（张辉、汪锋）
