刘国中在深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚推进会上强调聚焦政策靶心 全面夯实责任 坚决攻克深度贫困堡垒
6月2日，省长刘国中在汉中主持召开全省深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚推进会，省委副书记贺荣提出工作要求。省委常委、常务副省长梁桂，省人大常委会副主任、安康市委书记郭青参加会议。副省长魏增军主持。
刘国中指出，攻克深度贫困堡垒，是打赢脱贫攻坚战必须完成的任务。要提高政治站位，切实把推进深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚作为增强“四个意识”、做到“两个维护”的具体行动，认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于做好深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚工作的重要论述精神，准确把握实质内涵，尽锐出战、担当尽责，确保如期完成脱贫任务。
刘国中强调，要始终坚持以脱贫攻坚统揽经济社会发展全局，一切工作向脱贫攻坚聚焦，一切资源向脱贫攻坚倾斜，一切力量向脱贫攻坚集中，凝聚合力攻克难中之难、坚中之坚。要吃透政策、明确任务，紧紧围绕党中央、国务院决策部署，全面准确梳理任务清单，突出重点、收紧拳头，把全部资源精力用在落实中央要求上。要在精准上狠下功夫，着力解决“两不愁三保障”突出问题，扎实做好中央脱贫攻坚成效考核反馈问题整改。要突出重点、因地制宜，全力抓好产业就业扶贫，不断补齐基础设施和公共服务短板，优化配置帮扶资源，有效破解制约发展的瓶颈。要夯实责任、狠抓落实，进一步夯实各级党委政府脱贫攻坚责任，紧盯问题、研究问题、解决问题，加强和优化督导考核，切实将主要精力投入到脱贫攻坚工作上来。
贺荣针对与会同志反映的“两不愁三保障”等具体问题提出九个方面明确要求，尽快降低贫困发生率，发展集体经济组织带动产业扶贫，统筹力量做好健康扶贫，有针对性抓好教育扶贫，规范推进安全住房保障，保质保量实现安全饮水，落实省上机构改革后对帮扶力量的调整要求，提高资金使用效率，做好巡视、考核整改。
会上，省扶贫办通报了全省深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚情况，11个深度贫困县县委主要负责同志进行了工作交流，汉中、安康、商洛市委主要负责同志作了发言。
