6月6日，副省长胡明朗在西安会见了泰国第八警区第一副司令差立·廷他尼率领的泰国高级警官代表团一行。
胡明朗代表省政府对差立·廷他尼一行来陕开展交流与合作表示欢迎。他说，中泰两国毗邻而居，共建“一带一路”使两国关系好上加好、亲上加亲。近年来，陕西和泰国交流合作愈加密切，希望进一步加强交流，深化警务领域务实合作，推动双方在各领域共同发展。

全力确保昌九客专今年年内开工
5月30日，省政府召开昌九客专开工协调会，省委常委、常务副省长毛伟明出席并讲话。毛伟明指出，加快昌九客专建设，对于我省北接京津冀、南连粤港澳大湾区等国家战略，提升江西在中部地区乃至全国版图中的战略地位和综合竞争力，都具有十分重要的意义。近年来，有关市、县（区）和省直部门精心组织、精诚协作，各项前期工作进展有力有序，项目勘察设计、线路走向方案基本稳定，已进入可研审批关键阶段，为昌九客专今年年内开工奠定了坚实基础。毛伟明强调，有关市、县（区）和省直部门要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记视察江西时的重要讲话精神，咬定“今年年内开工”这一目标，按照“四个确保、一个有力”的总体要求，扎实推进各项重点工作。要确保“按时间节点推进”，进一步细化分工、明确节点，挂图作战、压茬推进；要确保“方案科学合理”，加强部门沟通，深化研究论证，实现无缝对接，努力构建快速、便捷、安全、可靠的综合立体交通体系；要确保“前置要件齐备”，列出任务清单，量化工作进度，切实做好环评、水保、防洪等前期工作；要确保“资金保障到位”，上下齐心、克服困难，积极筹措项目建设所需资金。同时，要健全完善有力的协调推进工作机制，继续加强与国家有关部委沟通，坚持每月通报进展情况，充分凝聚部门合力，全力推动昌九客专今年年内开工。据悉，昌九客专全长136.9公里，设计时速350公里，建成通车后将惠及沿线人民群众1300余万人。
