公安部：“团圆”系统上线三年来找回近4000名失踪儿童_滚动新闻_中国政府网
新华社北京6月2日电（记者 白阳）公安部儿童失踪信息紧急发布平台“团圆”系统上线三年来，共发布走失儿童信息3978条，找回3901名失踪儿童，找回率达98%。
这是记者2日从国务院反拐部际联席会议办公室、公安部刑事侦查局开展的 “关爱儿童，反对拐卖”主题宣传活动的北京活动现场获悉的。
据悉，“团圆”系统是公安部为适应“互联网+打拐”的时代要求而开发，于2016年5月15日正式上线的。一旦有儿童失踪信息发布，该平台可协助公安机关第一时间将儿童失踪信息通过新媒体和移动应用终端，推送至失踪地周边一定范围内，让更多群众准确获取相关信息，及时提供线索，协助公安机关尽快破案。目前，已有多家新媒体和移动应用接入该平台。
“帮助孩子建立可信任的安全人员名单”“儿童失踪不到24小时不立案是谣言”“寻找孩子可采取‘十人四追’法”…… 在活动现场，民警将一个个防拐小常识深入浅出地传授给了参加活动的家长和小朋友。中国反拐义务宣传员王茜、于震等人号召全社会共同提高防范拐卖儿童的意识，呼吁更多的爱心人士加入反拐工作，为孩子们健康茁壮成长创造安全的生活环境。
记者获悉，当日，全国公安机关按照统一部署普遍开展了现场认亲、采集血样、散发反拐宣传品、接受反拐咨询等多种形式的反拐宣传活动，介绍我国反拐工作概况和防拐常识，进一步增强社会各界尤其是儿童的防范拐卖犯罪意识，共同努力减少拐卖儿童犯罪。
